How we look after your information

Guests

• We show you your own menu, table and the day’s timings, from the details the couple gave their venue: your name, meal choices, any dietary note (which can include allergies) and your table.
• When you send photos, videos, notes or play the game, we keep what you send and the name you chose, so the couple knows who it’s from.
• You don’t need an account. Your phone remembers your name for this wedding only.

Couples and venue staff

• We keep your email address so you can sign in, and a cookie to keep you signed in.

Where it’s kept and for how long

• Information and files are stored with Supabase in London. The website runs on Vercel, and sign-in emails are sent by Resend.
• Guests’ photos, videos, notes and details are kept for 12 months after the wedding, with reminders to download them, and are then deleted.
• We never sell your information or use your photos for anything else.
